By using the QBO App for Power BI, you agree to the terms below. Please read this agreement carefully before continuing to use the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Tingom Group LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the QBO App for Power BI ("Application").

By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

2. Description of the Application

The Application enables you to connect your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account with Microsoft Power BI to visualize and analyze financial data. The Application is provided as a read-only integration and does not modify your original QBO data.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Application
  • Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

4. Data Access and Privacy

  • You retain all ownership rights to your data.
  • The Application only accesses your QuickBooks data with your explicit consent.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
  • Any temporary caching of data is encrypted and cleared regularly.
  • You may revoke data access at any time through QuickBooks Online or Microsoft Power BI.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Application only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the security of your QuickBooks and Microsoft credentials
  • Refrain from attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Application or underlying systems

6. Disclaimers

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Tingom Group LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

  • That the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • That the data provided will be accurate, complete, or timely
  • That the Application will meet your specific needs

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Tingom Group LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for use of the Application in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by discontinuing use of the Application. We may terminate your access at any time if you violate this Agreement or if the Application is discontinued.

Upon termination, your license will be revoked and you must cease all use of the Application.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tingom Group LLC regarding the Application and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

By installing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this End User License Agreement.
