Origin Story

The day I realized effort is not the problem.

Early in my career, I ran a high-intensity dev shop. We had the talent, the drive, and the clients. But as we scaled, I watched something painful happen: the more we grew, the more fragile we became.

I saw founders burning out, teams fighting through broken handoffs, and brilliant leaders stuck in a loop of firefighting instead of growing. It was not a lack of effort. It was a lack of clarity across strategy, systems, and execution.

Most businesses do not have a hustle problem. They have a GTM complexity problem. And complexity is the enemy of scale.

I founded Tingom Group to be the partner I wish I had back then — the guide who can look at a business where one person is holding the go-to-market picture together, find where the context is leaking, and clarify what needs to change before the next tool, hire, campaign, or agency is added.

Cycling, systems, and clear thinking.
