My approach blends the structure of PMI, IIBA, and auditing with the flexibility of Lean, Agile, Clockwork, EOS, and StoryBrand.
Early in my career, I ran a dev shop that hosted pair programming and Lean sprints under the Object Mentor Group model. That mindset — continuous improvement with human buy-in — still drives everything I do.
I don’t push frameworks blindly. I diagnose what’s really going on — then co-design systems your team will actually use.
