Welcome to www.tingomgroup.com. The Tingom Group website (“Site”) is operated by Tingom Group, LLC and offered to you under the condition that you accept the terms, conditions, and notices stated herein (“Terms”). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Description of Services
Tingom Group provides HubSpot RevOps consulting, fractional revenue operations leadership, CRM implementation, and operational systems design for regulated businesses and HubSpot-powered operators. The Site offers detailed service information, insights, contact forms, appointment scheduling, and more. These Terms govern your use of all functionality and content on the Site.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.
Electronic Communications
When you visit the Site or send us emails, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that communications sent electronically satisfy legal requirements.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account. You may not transfer your account to others. Tingom Group reserves the right to cancel accounts, refuse service, or edit content at its discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
Tingom Group does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Users under 18 may only use the Site with parent/guardian permission.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Tingom Group engagements are governed by the terms of individual service agreements. The following general policies apply in the absence of a signed agreement:
Diagnostic and One-Time Engagements: Cancellations requested before work has commenced are eligible for a full refund within 10 business days. No refund is available once work has begun.
Monthly Retainer Engagements: Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice to support@tingomgroup.com. No refunds are issued for the current billing period already in progress.
Project-Based Engagements (Sprint, Custom Projects): Cancellations submitted before Phase 2 of the engagement begins are eligible for a partial refund of the unused portion. No refund is available once deliverables have been produced or the engagement has entered the build phase.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to external sites not controlled by Tingom Group. We are not responsible for their content. Some services may be delivered by third-party partners.
Prohibited Use and Intellectual Property
You may not use the Site unlawfully or infringe on its performance or availability. All content is the intellectual property of Tingom Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit it without permission.
International Use
If you access the Site outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You may not use content in ways restricted by jurisdiction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tingom Group, its affiliates, employees, and agents from claims related to your Site use, violations, or legal issues.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Both parties waive rights to class actions. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral third party in a mutually agreed location.
Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is.” Tingom Group makes no warranties and disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the Site.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site at any time. These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Any disputes will be resolved in Arizona courts.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Tingom Group regarding Site use. Any prior agreements are superseded. A printed version is admissible in court proceedings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site means acceptance of any changes.
